Mike Ramsey Joins Kelly Pipe

Pipe specialist, Mike Ramsey, has joined Kelly Pipe’s Chicago office and branch.  Mike is a prominent steel pipe product manager with numerous contacts throughout the Midwest and Northeast.  He brings 30 years tested experience in the pipe business to Kelly, the last 18 at Koppel Steel (TMK IPSCO) as Tubular Products Manager. 

Mike’s concentration has been product sales to the energy sector, both OCTG and line pipe, as well as industrial piping products.  CEO, Len Gross, indicates these will mesh ideally with Kelly’s strengths in these product lines and markets.  Mike will be in charge of sales activities for Kelly in the Upper Mid-Atlantic region, with special emphasis on serving accounts in the Marcellus Shale.

Mike resides in Gibsonia, PA with his wife Nancy of 27 years.  They have 2 sons; Pat is a junior at Penn State, and their eldest son, Ryan, resides in Tempe, AZ.
